Class: Sophomore (2027)

Bio:

As long as I can remember, I have been playing golf, and my passion and love for the game has only continued to grow. I began playing competitively when I was 8 years old while living in San Diego, CA. Over the next 6 years, I played in Future Champions Golf (FCG) tournaments and in the PGA Jr. League.  Since moving to Frisco, TX, I have regularly played in NTPGA, TJGT, and Under Armour Jr. Tour events. I was also fortunate enough to have the opportunity to play in the 2023-2024 UIL 4A Golf High School Regional, District and State Tournaments.

Throughout my playing career, I have received countless hours of golf instruction. While in San Diego, I worked exclusively with Pat Diaz (Pat Diaz Golf) for close to 7 years. During that time, we laid the foundation for what my game has become today. Most recently, I have been working with Justin Poynter (Crown Golf Academy) to further improve specific aspects of my game. Each of my coaches, as well as others that have helped me along the way, have been a big part of the success I have experienced and will continue to be a crucial part of the things I will accomplish in the future.

Unlike most people, golf is not just a hobby for me, it is part of who I am. When I am not playing or practicing, I work for The Ronny Golf Park, helping with clinics where I coach kids and teach them the fundamentals of the game. In addition, I was recently accepted into the Caddies for Kids program! Through this work, I hope to be able to instill my passion for the game into the next generation of golfers, as well as provide mentorship and advice to aspiring younger players who are just beginning their golf journey.

In the future, I hope to join a competitive College golf program that challenges me and provides further opportunities for me to grow, both as a golfer and as a person. This why academics are also very important to me! I always make sure to maintain excellent grades and so far during High School, I have maintained over a 4.0 GPA while taking several advanced classes and balancing a demanding golf schedule. I know that if I stay focused and keep working hard, I will continue to have countless opportunities playing the game I love.
