Kingston Burke

Class: Sophomore (2027)

Bio: Kingston Burke is a remarkable golfer and a proud professional amateur for the Jamaican National Golf Association. She has played a key role in leading her Jamaican team to a 2nd-place ranking at the Caribbean Golf Championships. With over 40 NTPGA tournament victories and multiple 1st-place finishes in both the TJGT and Hurricane Tours, Kingston’s skill and drive have made her a formidable competitor. She earned a national ranking on the Under Armour Tour in 2022 and also competed on the UnderRated Golf Tour, sponsored by NBA superstar Steph Curry.

On her high school team, Kingston’s leadership and talent have contributed to District and Regional Championships, and she ranks in the top 20 individually in the state of Texas. She has been honored with 1st Team All-District and 1st Team All-Region status. Academically, Kingston maintains a high GPA, balancing her studies with her athletic commitments.

Beyond golf, Kingston brings excellence to all areas of her life. She is a master violinist who has earned the highest UIL rating in Texas, a dedicated martial artist with a black belt in Taekwondo—trained by Olympic champions—and was ranked #1 nationally for sparring by USA Taekwondo in 2022. Kingston is also an active JV cheerleader, showcasing her school spirit and dedication to her community.

Kingston has the privilege of being mentored by LPGA legend Gladys Lee and is coached by Nick Dun, one of Texas’s most renowned swing coaches, who has trained numerous junior golf champions across the state. With her sights set on playing collegiate golf, Kingston is excited to continue growing her talent and contributing to a college team with the same dedication she brings to everything she does.
